What data we collect and why

We only collect the details you give us in the quote form: your name and phone number and, optionally, your email address, where the job is and any description you want to give us.

We use them for one purpose only: to get in touch with you to reply to your quote request. We do not use them to send you advertising or to build profiles.

Legal basis

We process your data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and in order to deal with your request before any contract.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need to deal with it and, if we end up doing the work, for the periods required by tax and warranty rules. If we do not end up working together, we delete it.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties. The only ones who can access it are the providers of our hosting and email services, who act as data processors and are bound by the same confidentiality.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing and request its portability. To exercise these rights, email us at c3renovations.es@gmail.com saying which right you wish to exercise.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Form security

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated submissions. When you use it, Google's privacy policy and terms of service apply.

Measuring our adverts

We advertise the website on Google Ads. If you have accepted advertising cookies and you send us the form, your email address and phone number are sent to Google irreversibly encrypted (using the SHA-256 algorithm), so that we know whether your request came through one of our adverts. This is what Google calls "enhanced conversions": Google does not receive the data in plain text and only uses it to measure the results of the campaign.

The legal basis is your consent. If you reject advertising cookies nothing is sent, and you can change your choice whenever you like with the cookie button at the bottom left of any page. In doing so, Google's privacy policy applies.

Cookies

As well as the technical cookies, and only if you accept them, the website uses Google measurement and advertising cookies. Which cookies it uses, what for and how long they last is explained in the cookie policy.
